Annual training access fee -- $59.00. This fee includes access to all childcare courses without limitation.

Training access begins with the receipt of full tuition payment.  The trainee data will be entered into the training website database.  The trainee will be notified by e-mail when access is available. 

The training license is for a period of one year from the initial e-mail notification date.  The trainee may take as many or as few childcare courses as desired on the training system during this time period.  There are currently 50+ course hours available. 

 Renewal statements will be mailed approximately one month prior to expiration. The annual renewal fee must be received prior

 to the license renewal date.

Dishonored checks will result in immediate suspension of access to the training site until replacement funds are received. A NSF fee of $30.00 will be added to the face amount of the dishonored check and must be included with the replacement funds.  In the event  the dishonored funds are not made good within seven days,  FPS will be notified that any training certificates issued are invalid.

The agreement may not be cancelled after the trainee completes a minimum of one course or 30 days  after enrollment, whichever occurs first.  No request for refunds after either of these events will be granted..
